We guarantee 100% satisfaction with each package and its contents. If, for any reason whatsoever, you are not 100% satisfied, we will either replace the order or refund your purchase price. However, we are not responsible for late, lost, stolen, or damaged products due to incorrect or incomplete addresses. Please verify all shipping addresses before placing your order. Incorrect or incomplete addresses are assessed additional fees by our shipper, and we may pass those additional fees on to you. If you are shipping to a business, PLEASE include the name of the business in the shipping address.
We ship orders Monday through Friday. We do not ship on Saturday, Sunday, or Holidays. Most orders ship within 1 or 2 work days of receipt. During the holiday season it may take up to 5 days for packages to ship. Due to heavy holiday order volumes, we sometimes have to substitute items of equal or greater value in order to complete your order in timely fashion. Gift package styles may vary.
We do not use shipping rates as a form of income. Unlike other companies that offer FREE SHIPPING all the time, we do not hide shipping charges in the price of the products. In reality, when a product is purchased from such a site, you are paying hidden shipping fees on EVERY product. Mackeys Ferry Peanuts applies shipping fees to the entire purchase rather than hiding the shipping fees in the price of each item. With us, you always know the merchandise total, the shipping fees, and the taxes, if applicable. If you purchase multiple items, you will save money with our method. For example, if you order 3 jars of peanut butter instead of one, they will be shipped for the same price as the one. You are saving on shipping cost per product.
