Standard Shipping

All orders will be shipped to customers utilizing the most economical of our two shipping carriers (UPS or USPS). The actual shipping cost will reflect the one which is the most cost effective for our customers. Rates for these services are calculated using the UPS and USPS websites based upon the delivery zip zode and estimated weight of the package. The map below shows the estimated days in transit for packages shipped UPS Ground Service.


Heat Sensitive Products

Due to the nature of chocolate and peanut brittle an ice pack option has been added to each of the peanut snack products that will require one during the months of April through October.

If you choose to not purchase an ice pack with your order, we will call you to discuss your options. We want to make sure your snacks are of the highest quality.

Shipments of 3 days or more will not allow these products to arrive in good condition, therefore we do not ship under these conditions. If giftboxed sets are ordered, substitutions will be made for these items, if the arrival time involves more than 2 days. Sorry for the inconvenience and limitations of summertime heat.

Alaska, Hawaii, Canada, Mexico and International Addresses

Post Office Boxes and Military Addresses

UPS does not deliver to Post Office Boxes; if your delivery address is a PO Box, please select the US Postal Service as your carrier during the checkout process. Orders to be shipped to military (APO and FPO) addresses may be phoned in at our toll-free number 1-888-MFP-NUTS (637-6887), or the direct line 252.793.2993.

When will my order ship?

If we recieve your order before 1:00 PM EST then your order is likely to ship that same day, unless you specify to ship at a later date. If recieved after the aforementioned time, then your order will ship during the next business day. Delivery times range from 1 to 7 days after the day it is shipped depending upon the geographic location of the recipient address.

Damaged Packages

Unfortunately, sometimes packages arrive at their destination in poor condition. We strive to pack our shipments to withstand the roughest of treatment. If your package(s) arrive in a damaged state, be sure to save the package and its contents and give us a call at 252.793.2993. All packages are insured for the full purchase value.
