While there are tons of Peanut Butter Cookie recipes, we chose to stay close to the original Peanut Butter Cookie recipe published in 1916 by George Washington Carver. We use freshly ground peanuts grown locally in Eastern North Carolina and forego the fork marks that weren’t introduced until the 1930s.
Our cookies (and all of our products) are handmade in small batches with love in our store in Jamesville, NC.
